Edit my own goals:

To edit a goal, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to Goals > My goals

  2. Choose the goal you want to edit and click ⋮ icon (More) > Edit. Now you can update:

    • Goal Name and Description

    • Category

    • Start date and End date

    • Key Results of Performance Indicators

3. Click Save to apply changes.

📌 Note: You can only edit goals at the following status:

  • Draft

  • Rejected

  • Approved

  • Waiting for approval (when a goal is overdue)

⛔️ Caution: Changing Key results will reset your employee's whole progress.

Example: When you edit the Key Result’s evaluation method from “Achieved/Not Achieved” to “Numeric”. Employee’s goal progress will be refreshed.

Update progress

Regularly updating your progress is a great way to keep track of your accomplishments and what needs to be done and make sure your goals are accomplished on schedule.

  1. Navigate to Goals > My goals

  2. Click on the arrow before the goal name to view Key Results

  3. Click on the Pencil icon to update the Key Result

  4. Add Note (optional)

  5. Click Save to finish.

📌 Note:

  • In the note section, you can:

    • Add up to 1000 characters

    • No limit attached link

    • A file format: DOC, DOCX, PDF, PNG, JPG, XLSX. Maximum supported file size: 5MB

Archive my own goal

You can now archive past or outdated goals and revisit them later if needed.

To archive a goal, please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Goals > My goals

  2. Find the goal that you want and click on the ••• icon > select Archive

  3. Click on the Archive button again.

📌 Note:

  • You can archive goals with all statuses excluding “Drafted”.

  • Once you archive a goal, you cannot edit goals or update Key Result progress.

  • After you archive a goal, the status and progress of the goal will remain unchanged. A countdown timer will still be active.

Check the goal activity log

You can check every single goal of yours.

  1. Navigate to Goals > My goals

  2. Click on Activity Log icon to check history
