Edit a goal after assigning

With the new release, you can edit the content, goal schedule, or key results after assigning goals to your direct report.

  1. Navigate to Goals > Member goals

  2. Click on the employee's name you want

3. Find the goal you want to edit and click ⋮ icon (More) > Edit. Now you can update:

  • Goal Name and Description

  • Category

  • Start date and End date

  • Key Results of Performance Indicators

4. Click Save to apply changes.

📌 Note:

  • Managers can only edit goals they assign to their employees.

  • Managers cannot change goal owner.

⛔️ Caution: Changing Key results will reset your employee's whole progress.

Example: When you edit the Key Result’s evaluation method from “Achieved/Not Achieved” to “Numeric”. Employee’s goal progress will be refreshed.

Archive a goal

You can now archive past or outdated goals and revisit them later if needed.

To archive a goal, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Goals > Member goals

  2. Click on the employee's name you want

  3. Find the goal that you want to archive, click on the ••• icon and select Archive

  4. Click on the Archive to confirm

📌 Note:

  • Managers can only archive goals they assign to their employees.

  • Once you archive a goal, you cannot update Key result progress and edit goal.

  • After you archive a goal, the status and progress of the goal will remain unchanged. A countdown timer will still be active.
