In this latest release, there is a new role in Performance Review - Moderator - who can participate in Performance Calibration.

Calibrating a Performance Review is a process where managers (often from the same department) sit down to discuss and agree on an employee's performance result. This approach is designed to:

  • Prevent bias in the performance review process

  • Have a set of standards by which all employees will be evaluated.

As a moderator, you can:

View results of self and manager assessment

  1. Navigate to Performance > Manage Review

  2. Find the performance review you want and click on it

  3. In Assessments, you can see which employees and managers have submitted their assessment

  4. Click on View Manager Assessment to view

Provide Comment on Manager Assessment

πŸ“Œ Note: The Comments Section is only visible if you are added as a Moderator.

  1. Navigate to Performance > Manage Review

  2. Find the performance review you want and click on it

  3. In Assessments, you can see if any comments have been made

  4. To view or write a comment, click on Comment

πŸ’‘ Tip: During a performance review, the Comment Section can serve as a useful communication channel between moderators and managers.
