Set up a reminder for a contract type

Before starting, make sure you have access to Company Settings. If not, please contact your Admin to request permissions.

To set up a reminder for a contract type, please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Company Setting by clicking on the ⚙️icon > Contract types

  2. Find the contract type that you want to set up a reminder and click on More (or the ⋮ icon)

  3. Select + New Reminder

  4. Fill in the information to set up a reminder. Read more here.

📌 Note:

  • Permanent contracts don't have a reminder option.
