For security purposes, Grove HR requires a confirmation action for the email change. You and your employees need to confirm to update the new email ID.
Your employee should follow the following steps to update the new email address:
Log in to the current account (using the current email address to log in)
Open another tab and go to the current email address, locate the email with the subject "Your email ID has been changed!"
Click the Confirm button.
After your employee click Confirm, the system will automatically update the new email ID.
