This article explains how you can use the Import Employee feature to update employee details quickly.
Review Employee data
We highly recommend reviewing employees' names and emails before filling out the import template. This extra step will prevent account duplications.
The Email Address field is a unique identifier that the system will use to determine whether to create new profiles or update existing ones. Employees with the same name but different email addresses will be identified as distinct individuals and thus have separate accounts.
You can easily export employee details using the Employee Data Export feature to review data.
Prepare Employee data
Once you have revised employee data, follow the instruction here to start updating your employee details.
Click the Plus icon on the navigation bar > Import Employee
Download Employee Template and read the Instructions sheet carefully
Fill out the Employee list (Template) sheet with employee details. Make sure to remove sample data and fill out the required fields (the green fields).
