Upload files

There are 2 ways to upload files on Grove HR:

Upload file from computer:

  1. Go to Documents

  2. Find the folder and click on it

  3. Click Computer

  4. Select a file or multiple files

  5. Click Choose to upload

Upload file from Google Drive

The admin/ HR-in-charge can integrate Grove HR with Google Drive to take the files already in Google Drive to Grove and share them with employees. Please refer to the article Integration with Google Drive to create/update document to learn more.

📌 NOTE:

  • Maximum supported file size: 10MB

  • Supported file format:

  • PNG, JPG, JPEG

  • DOC, DOCX, PDF, TXT, ODT

  • PPT, PPTX, PPS, PPSX

  • XLS, XLSX


Replace (or delete) and download files

Replace file

  1. Go to Documents

  2. Find the folder with the file you want to replace and click on it

  3. Find the file you want to replace > click More > Replace file

Download

  1. Go to Documents

  2. Find the folder with the file you want to download and click on it

  3. Find the file you want to replace > click Download
