Grove HR's Contactless Clock in allows you to seamlessly clock in and out of work anywhere, any time. All you need is a stable internet connection and your smartphone.

Here are 2 clock-in methods you can find in the Mobile App:
Depending on your company policy and configurations, some methods may not be available. Please check with your management team (Admins, HR staff) for more details.
Scan QR code to clock in
You can only clock in using the scan QR code method if your management team (Admins, HR staff) sets up this function. They will display the QR code on a device/screen in the common areas, print out the QR code or send you a link to scan the code.
Please check with your management team to know the exact location of the QR code display.
Log in to your account on mobile
In Home, tap on Attendance
Tap Clock in/Clock out to open the QR scanner. You must allow camera access at this step
Enable location services (if required)
Locate the QR code display stand/screen and scan it
Manual clock in
You can use this method to clock in/out if the QR code is not set up.
If you cannot see the "Clock in/Clock out manually" button, it means you are not allowed to use this method. Please check with your management team.
Log in to your account on mobile
In Home, tap on Attendance
Tap Clock in to open QR scanner
Click on Clock in/Clock out manually
๐ก Tip: The system will automatically account for scheduled breaks (if any), so you don't need to clock out during your break.
๐ NOTE:
Date & Time on your device must sync with the global time
If your employer requires location upon clock in and out, you will be asked to enable location service
Clock-in overnight is not supported. At midnight, the system will automatically sign you out
To use contactless clock-in, Admin or HR in charge must activate the QR code feature
