Your account must be activated, and you must log in to change your password. If you can't remember your Workplace URL, click here to find it.
Open Grove HR mobile app and log in.
Tap on Profile at the bottom right corner
Tap the ⚙️ icon at the top right corner and select Change Password.
Enter your Current Password, New Password, and repeat in Confirm Password
Click Change Password to apply the change
You can only reset the password after your account is activated.
Open Grove HR mobile app and enter the Workspace URL, click here to find it.
Tap on Forgot your password?
Enter your email address and tap Send reset link. Instructions will be sent to you by firstname.lastname@example.org
In your email inbox, find the instruction and click Reset Password
Enter New Password, Confirm Password
Click Reset Password to apply the change. You can now log in using your new password
Password is case-sensitive and must be at least 8 characters.
Emails will sometimes be marked as spam or promotion. Make sure to check all folders.
