View Employee's Self-Assessment and Peer Review

  1. Navigate to Performance > Team Reviews

  2. Select status In Progress

  3. Find the corresponding performance review and click on it

  4. In Assessments, you can see which employees and their peers have completed their review

  5. To view an employee self-assessment or peer review, click on the completed icon next to their name

Write a Manager Assessment Review

Managers with subordinates will receive notifications when a performance review is launched.

  1. Navigate to Performance > Team Reviews

  2. Select status In Progress

  3. Find the corresponding performance review and click on it

  4. In Assessments, click on Write to start reviewing your employee's performance

  5. When rating employees, you can also view a copy of the employee's self-assessment and peer assessment (if any)

  6. After questions are filled, click Submit to finish

📌 Note:

  • During performance calibration, moderators may comment on your manager assessment and revert it if needed

  • You can always continue writing assessment if you have not finished it before

  • Your assessment answers can be viewed by Admin, Moderators, and your direct and indirect Line Managers.

  • The final result is only available after the performance review is closed.

View results of past Performance Review

  1. Navigate to Performance > Team Reviews

  2. Select status Closed

  3. Find and click the performance review you want

  4. Switch to the Result tab, find the employee you want, and click View Result. You'll see a Manager Summary like so

  5. To see assessments from the employee, manager, and their peers, click on the Assessment tab
