Start a self-assessment review

When a performance review is launched by your organization, you'll receive notifications to complete it. Here is how to write your self-assessment:

  1. Navigate to Performance > My Reviews

  2. Select status In Progress

  3. Click on Write to start your self-assessment

  4. Give answers to the questions. Questions can be rating, single choice, multiple choice, or writing.

  5. When you have answered all questions, click Submit to finish

📌 Note:

  • After the self-assessment is completed, you will not be able to edit your answer. Please keep a careful consideration before submitting

  • You can always continue writing self-assessment if you have not finished it before

  • Manager and HR can view your self-assessment answers.

Review the answers to your self-assessment

After submitting self-assessment, you can review your answers again. However, note that you will not be able to adjust the answers.

  1. Navigate to Performance > My Reviews

  2. Select status In Progress

  3. Find the performance review you want and click on the green icon to view your answer

View results of performance review

You may view the final result of the performance review, which includes your self-evaluation, manager's assessment, and summary, once it is closed. Follow the steps below to learn how:

  1. Navigate to Performance > My Reviews

  2. Select status Closed

  3. Find the performance review you want and click View Result to view a Manager Summary

  4. To view Manager and Peer Assessment, click on Assessment
