Review Templates help to determine which kind of review (Rating or Ratingless), Review Type (Org Chart or Project), and components (Self Review, Manager Review, Peer Review, or a combination of them) your Performance Review is going to be.

A Review Template can be used for self or manager assessment. Each participant (Reviewee, Reviewer) may be assigned a separate set of questionnaires to complete.
