How to start paying for a plan?

  1. Go to Company Setting by clicking on the โš™๏ธ icon > Subscription

  2. Click on the See plans button to view the available plans

  3. Click on the Pick plan button of the plan you want to choose

  4. Click on Buy now button

  5. Input your number of employees and choose a Billing cycle

  6. Copy Promotion code (if any)

  7. Click on Continue to go to the Stripe page and start your payment. You can view details of the plan, price, and billing cycle.

  8. Fill in your required payment information (Card information, Card Verification Value (CVC) number, Name on card, Billing address (Company address), etc)

  9. Click Subscribe button

  10. Navigate back to Grove successful payment page and start using the plan. After successful payment, you will be redirected to your Workspace platform and start using the new plan.

๐Ÿ“Œ Note:

  • You can buy more than the current employees.

  • Only after the payment is successful on Stripe, you can use the selected plan on Grove HR. If for some reason, payment is not completed, your account will remain in the Essentials plan. You can come back to the Subscription page to see the reason for failed payment.

  • The subscription will automatically renew based on the latest number of employees at the renewal date. After successful payment is made, Stripe will send you an invoice and receipt via email. If it fails, you will also be notified by email. Stripe will process your payment again and stop after 8 tries. Stripe will send a daily reminder until the payment is received. If all retries fail, the subscription will be cancelled immediately and reverted back to the Essentials plan.
