Filters for Employee Attendance Tracking on Website

This article will show you filters helping you track employee time attendance easier and faster.

Tracking employee attendance timesheet reports is easier with the filtering feature. You could filter employee attendance with period time, status, locations, and records.

Before starting, make sure you have access to Attendance > Employee Attendance. If not, please contact your Admin to request permissions.

Filter by cycle

  1. Go to Attendance > Employee Attendance

  2. Select or search for an employee to view their attendance sheet

  3. Click on the Attendance Cycle to select the cycle you want to see

Filter by status

The admin/ HR managers can track employee attendance status (approved, rejected, pending) by clicking on the status filter.

  1. Go to Attendance > Employee Attendance

  2. Select or search for an employee to view their attendance sheet

  3. Click on the Status filter to select the cycle you want to see:

    1. All Status

    2. Approved

    3. Rejected

    4. Pending

Filter by locations

The admin and HR-in-charge are able to filter employee clock-in/ out locations (inside or outside).

  1. Go to Attendance > Employee Attendance

  2. Select or search for an employee to view their attendance sheet

  3. Click on the Locations filter to select the cycle you want to see:

    1. All Locations

    2. N/A: cannot find a location

    3. Outside: employee clocked in outside of the office

    4. Inside: employee clocked in inside the office

Filter by special records

Now, the admin/ HR managers can track the employee who missed clock-in/ out, clock-in on a non-working day, or his/her attendance had been edited.

  1. Go to Attendance > Employee Attendance

  2. Select or search for an employee to view their attendance sheet

  3. Click on the Records filter to select the cycle you want to see:

    1. All Records

    2. Missing clock in/out

    3. Edit Paid Time

    4. Edit OT

    5. Clocking on Holidays/Leave/Non-working days
