View My Attendance

  1. Go to Attendance > My Attendance

  2. Select the desired Attendance Cycle

  3. Sort relevant records with the filters: Status, Locations, and Records

Edit My Attendance

  1. Go to Attendance > My Attendance

  2. Select the desired Attendance Cycle and find the date that you want to edit

  3. Click on the ••• icon and select Edit Paid Time or Edit Overtime

  4. Click on the hour field and choose from the dropdown list

  5. Leave a reason for editing your hours

  6. Click Save to apply changes

📌 NOTE:

  • You can only edit Attendance within the last 31 days, and with the status pending

  • Locations and Clock in/out time cannot be edited

  • Edit history can be viewed by Line Managers and HR

  • Only Line Managers with direct reports can access the Team Attendance view
