In this article, you will learn how to:

Change password

For web version

  1. Go to your Workspace URL and log in to your account

  2. Click on your Avatar at the top right corner

  3. Select Change Password from the drop-down menu

4. Enter your Current Password, New Password, and repeat in Confirm Password

5. Click Change Password to apply the change

For mobile version

  1. Open Grove HR mobile app. You might need to log in.

  2. Tap on Profile at the bottom right corner

  3. Tap the ⚙️ icon at the top right corner and select Change Password.

  4. Enter your Current Password, New Password, and repeat in Confirm Password

  5. Click Change Password to apply the change

Reset password:

In the event that you have not activated your account, please request a re-invite from your Admin. If you have forgotten your password, please see the instruction below:

For web version

  1. Go to your Workspace URL and click on Forgot password?

  2. Enter your email address and click Send Email

3. Instructions will be sent to you by noreply@grovehr.com

Note: Emails will sometimes be marked as spam or promotion, make sure to check all folders.

4. Click Reset Password button in email and enter New Password, Confirm Password

5. Click Reset Password to apply the change. You can now log in using your new password.

For mobile version

  1. Open Grove HR mobile app and enter Workspace URL.

  2. Tap on Forgot your password?

3. Enter your email address and tap Send reset link. Instructions will be sent to you by noreply@grovehr.com

4. Click the Reset Password button in the email and enter New Password, Confirm Password

5. Click Reset Password to apply the change. You can now log in using your new password.

NOTE:

  • The password is case sensitive and must be at least 8 characters.

  • Emails will sometimes be marked as spam or promotion, make sure to check all folders.
