Upload Employee Documents

Learn how to upload employee documents.

The Documents tab in employee's profile is where employee's data like Contracts, Personal Documents, and Payslips can be stored.

Employees, if granted access, can only view the documents in their own profile, not the personal information of other colleagues.

Keep in mind that depending on the configuration of your access role (Admin, HR, Line Manager, etc.), you may or may not have access to the file upload feature. Please check with your Admin for access control.

Upload File

  1. Navigate to Employees > Manage Employees

  2. Find and click on the employee name you want to open their profile (ex. Linh Cao Thuy)

  3. In the Documents tab, scroll down to the Personal Documents section

  4. Click Upload and select a file

To download a document, click the download icon on the right-hand side of that document's row.

To delete a document, click the trash icon on the right-hand side of that document's row.

  • Maximum supported file size: 2MB

  • Supported file format:

  • PNG, JPG, JPEG

  • DOC, DOCX, PDF, TXT, ODT

  • PPT, PPTX, PPS, PPSX

  • XLS, XLSX

📌 NOTE:

  • By default, an employee can view their documents. To change, go to Company Settings > Permissions > Role > Employee to adjust their data access

  • Employees can only view the documents in their profile, not other colleagues

  • Line Managers cannot view employee's documents unless they are granted added to a role with access rights to the Contract section
