Employee requests to cancel their Approved Time Off? Mistakenly approved employee's time off? Grove HR's Time Off module will allow you to quickly and easily fix this.
Firstly, make sure you have access to the Employee Time Off tab in the Time-Off module. If you can't see this tab, this means you were not authorized. You can request permissions from your Admin or ask them to help you with canceling an employee's Time Off.
Go to Time Off > Employee Time Off
Enter an employee name in the search box at the top left of the page
Select the Types, Statuses, and Time
Click on the arrow before the employee's name to view more details (optional)
Click on the ••• icon on the right and select Cancel
Confirm your action by clicking on Cancel Anyway or Keep this request
📌 Note:
Only Approved requests can be canceled. No actions can be taken on Rejected and Cancelled status.
