There are two ways to move a candidate from one stage to another:
Option 1: On the Kanban board
From the Jobs tab, click on the Job Title of a job's row to view that job's details.
Click the Pipeline View icon.
Drag and drop the candidate into any stage pipeline
📌 Note: The system will ask if you want to send an email to candidate when their profile is dropped in one of the following stages: Offered or Rejected.
Option 2: In Candidate Profile
Open a candidate profile
Click on Move to > select the stage you want to move them to
📌 Note: Candidates will not receive any notification when you move them to the next stages. Kindly notify them by sending emails through Grove HR or via calls/messages.
