Modify task

  1. Go to Checklists > Settings

  2. In the On/Offboarding tab, find and click on the checklist you want to modify

  3. Click the pencil icon in the same of as the task to edit

  4. Update the information

  5. Click Save to apply changes. Changes made to a task will only apply to the next On/Offboarding checklist assignment

Delete task

  1. Go to Checklists > Settings

  2. In the On/Offboarding tab, find and click on the checklist you want to modify

  3. Click the trash icon in the same of as the task to delete

  4. Confirm your action. Deleting a task in a checklist will not affect the already assigned ones.

πŸ“Œ Note:

  • Tasks in checklists already assigned to employees are not affected. The name and description shown on the tasks will stay the same as when the checklists were assigned.
