The recognition program encourages you to recognize professional achievements or personal support in your workplace. Accumulative points can be later redeemed for rewards from your company.

1. From your company home feed. Click the Create on the bottom menu > select Recognition.

2. Select a colleague you want to recognize

3. Choose the category

4. Enter the points and messages for your fellow colleague

5. Click Send to complete

📌 Note:

  • Your recognized colleague will receive a notification about your recognition.

  • You can always review your historical sent/received recognitions on More > Recognition > P2P Recognition > History.
