You can also clock in using your smartphone with Grove Mobile App.

Here are 2 places you can find the clock in feature:

Depending on your company policy and configurations, some clock-in methods may not be available.

Clock in at Dashboard

  1. Log in to your account

  2. Find the Clock in/out section on the right column of your Dashboard and click Clock in/out

  3. Enable location services (if requires)

Clock in at the My Attendance tab

  1. Log in to your account

  2. Go to Attendance > My Attendance

  3. Click the clock in/out button on the right corner

  4. Enable location services (if requires)

💡 Tips: You can leave a note to your Manager for late clock in/early clock out or even short details of the project you are working on.

📌 NOTE:

  • The Date & Time on your device must sync with global time

  • If your employer requires location upon clock in and out, you will be asked to enable location service

  • Clock-in overnight is not supported. At midnight, the system will automatically sign you out

  • Some common issues with clocking in/out can be found here

  • Integration with a Biometric Device is not supported at the moment
