Offboarding is a process as important as Onboarding a new employee. It guides employees on which tasks need to be completed before their last working day and ensures works are transferred to the next person in charge (PIC) on time.

Offboarding tasks can also be assigned to a specific person or a department for various tasks like collecting the company's properties, confirm the full and final settlement, etc.

It's also a chance to leave the last good impression to resigning employee.

To offboard an employee, follow the guide below:

1. In the Employee, Manage Employees tab, select/search the employee you want to offboard. (Ex. Thanh Thanh Nguyen)

2. Click the Action drop-down menu and select Offboarding.

3. Update information to the form, then click on Offboard

4. Assign a Checklist to offboard the employee

⚠️ Please download any necessary files, reports before the last working day. You will not be able to view employee's available Time Off or Time Off Balance report after this day.

  • After the Last Working Date, the employee account will automatically be deactivated.

  • If you select the Last Working Date that is the day before today, the system automatically adjusts the employee status to Resigned and offboarding tasks cannot be assigned to already resigned employees.
