Change password

Your account must be activated and you must log in to change your password. If you can't remember your Workplace URL, click here to find it.

  1. Go to your Workspace URL and log in to your account

  2. Click on your Avatar at the top right corner

  3. Select Change Password from the drop-down menu

4. Enter your Current Password, New Password, and repeat in Confirm Password

5. Click Change Password to apply the change

Reset password:

You can only reset the password after your account is activated.

  1. Go to your Workspace URL, click here to find it

  2. Click on Forgot password?

  3. Enter your email address and click Send Email

  4. Instructions will be sent to you by noreply@grovehr.com. Note: Emails are sometimes marked as spam or moved to Promotion. Make sure to check all folders.

  5. In your email inbox, find the instruction and click Reset Password

  6. Enter New Password, Confirm Password

  7. Click Reset Password to apply the change. You can now log in using your new password

📌 NOTE:

  • Password is case sensitive and must be at least 8 characters

  • Emails will sometimes be marked as spam or moved to the Promotion folder. Make sure to check all folders

  • The reset link will only be valid for 24 hours
