1. In Time Off, Employee Time Off tab, type an employee's name in the search box at the top of the page.

2. Select the name of that employee in the suggestions list.

3. Information on all the requests and current balances (by type) will be displayed.

4. Click Cancel on the row of the request to be cancelled.


  • Only Approved requests can be cancelled. No actions can be taken on Rejected and Cancelled requests.
