At the Dashboard, click the ⚙️ icon and select Departments and you will be redirected to the Department setting. In Department setting, there are two ways to create a new department:
Option 1:
- Click the button New Department
- Fill in the Department Name.
- Select the Parent Department from the pre-filled drop-down menu.
- Optionally fill in a Description.
- Click Create when finished.
Option 2: Add a sub-department
- Hover on a department and click the + (plus) icon at the bottom-right corner.
- Fill in the Department Name.
- The default Parent Department will be the one you choose to add a sub-department. To change, select from the pre-filled drop-down menu.
- Optionally fill in a Description.
- Click Create when finished. New Department will be added beneath the chosen Parent Department in the department chart.
